RGDC has acquired a 150-acre development site for office and warehouse/distribution space at the northeast corner of Warner Road and Recker Road in Gilbert, Arizona.
The site can accommodate approximately 1.3 million square feet of office, flex, and light industrial space. Also, up to 595 multi-family units and 12.2 acres of retail space have been approved by the Town of Gilbert.
