A new South Florida Reservation Contact Center for Delta Air Lines was developed in Broward County. The two-story 49,650-square-foot center opened 2003.

The new Miramar center has approximately 400 reservation sales positions and capacity for 900 employees to handle customer calls from North America, the Caribbean, and Latin America, as well as e-mails, faxes, and communications through personal digital assistants.

The development is situated at the intersection of Interstate 75 and Miramar Parkway, in one of southern Florida’s top office markets and is convenient to both Miami International Airport and Fort Lauderdale International Airport.

The new center incorporates the latest technology to offer customers greater flexibility through increased automated options and faster access to booking and schedule information. It also provides employees with ample on-site parking.
