George O. Craig is vice president, Investments, for Rockefeller Group Development Corporation. In this capacity, Mr. Craig is responsible for all financial analyses for Rockefeller Group Development Corporation projects as well as due diligence activities for new projects. Mr. Craig also supports the construction department in their functions on new projects as well as in the preparation of annual budgets and financial plans.

Mr. Craig’s broad real estate background includes developments such as 1211, 1221, and 1251 Avenue of the Americas in New York , and other developments in Arizona, California, Florida, and New Jersey.

Mr. Craig joined the company in 1970. During his tenure with The Rockefeller Group he has been promoted to positions of increasing responsibility. Most recently he served as senior director, Business Analysis for Rockefeller Group International, Incorporated, a position he held since 1983.

Prior to joining The Rockefeller Group, Mr. Craig served as auditor for Franklin Savings Bank and as an accountant and auditor for The Philip Morris Companies.

Mr. Craig holds a BA degree in business from Pace University.
