Karen A. D'Aleo is an Assistant Vice President and Assistant Controller for Rockefeller Group Development Corporation. Ms. D'Aleo is the senior officer in the RGDC Property Accounting division, responsible for implementation of various financial software systems as well as interfacing with third-party owners whose portfolios are managed by The Rockefeller Group.

Ms. D'Aleo joined the company in 1983. During her tenure with The Rockefeller Group, she has assumed various positions of increased responsibility, including Accounting Manager, Director of REIT Accounting, and Assistant Vice President, Business Analysis.

Prior to joining The Rockefeller Group, she worked as an accountant for Satra Corporation and for the Moller Steamship Company.

Ms. D'Aleo holds a BA degree from Marymount College, a BS degree from Mercy College, and an MBA degree from Fordham University's Graduate School of Business. She is a Trustee on the Mercy Secondary Education Board.
