Ed Guiltinan is Vice President, Development and Leasing, for Rockefeller Group Development Corporation. In this position he is responsible for leasing and marketing The Rockefeller Group's owned real estate in midtown Manhattan, primarily 1221 and 1271 Avenue of the Americas.

Mr. Guiltinan also serves as a Regional Director for various RGDC projects; serves on development opportunities in Charleston, SC, Houston, TX, and Boston, MA; and serves as the company's leasing representative in a joint venture with The Gale Company for the development of 830,000 square feet of office space in Florham Park, NJ.

Prior to joining The Rockefeller Group, Mr. Guiltinan worked for Mack-Cali Realty Corporation as Senior Director of Leasing. He was also the Vice President of Associated Realty and of Bender & Company. Prior to entering real estate, he was a member of the assurance practice at Arthur Anderson LLP.

Mr. Guiltinan holds a BS in Accounting from Fordham University, is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York, and is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of New Jersey.
