Gregory L. Korth Regional Director Development

Greg Korth is Regional Director of Development for Rockefeller Group Development Corporation. He is responsible for the analysis, acquisition, entitlement, and leasing of large-scale commercial, residential, and retail projects for the company's California region.

With commercial real estate experience since 1986, Mr. Korth joined Rockefeller Group Development Corporation in 2006. He arrived from TA Associates Realty, where he was an Acquisitions Associate since 1998. While at TA Associates, Mr. Korth was responsible for several key acquisitions and dispositions, asset management, and multi-million dollar construction projects for new buildings and building enhancements throughout the West Coast.

In 1994, Mr. Korth started his own independent consulting firm, where he provided expertise to major regional and national public and private investors seeking advice on commercial real estate financing, management, and disposition.

Mr. Korth has also worked for CB Richard Ellis as a Commercial Real Property Analyst; was a Senior Associate and Commercial Appraiser for Nicholson, Smith & Associates; and served four years as a Senior Commercial Appraiser and Construction Loan Analyst for Sanwa Bank California.

After receiving his Bachelor's Degree from UCLA, Mr. Korth earned his MBA from Thunderbird, Garvin School of International Management.
