William K. Stoddard

William K. Stoddard is Vice President, Projects and Engineering, for Rockefeller Group Development Corporation. In this capacity he is involved in all of The Rockefeller Group’s current and planned projects. He is responsible for all equipment testing required for the completion of 745 Seventh Avenue, as well as the installation of all of 745’s mechanical and engineering equipment. He also directs the engineering evaluations for the RGDC-managed properties on Sixth Avenue in Manhattan, as well as RGDC’s projects outside New York City.

Mr. Stoddard joined The Rockefeller Group in 1978 as a staff engineer and has been promoted to various positions of increasing responsibility. Most recently he has served as Assistant Vice President, Engineering and Operations. During his tenure, Mr. Stoddard has directed several capital projects, including the installation of the central plant and the electrical substation in the G.E. Building. More recently he directed the installation of the tri-fuel refrigeration plant in the Time & Life Building.

Mr. Stoddard serves on the Energy and Codes committees of BOMA-NY, the Building Owners and Managers Association; is a member of the Florham Park Planning Board; and represents BOMA and the Real Estate Board of New York on the New York City Electrical Code Revision and Interpretation Committee.

Mr. Stoddard serves on the Energy and Codes committees of BOMA-NY; is a director on the Owners Committee on Electric Rates (OCER), and a member of the Commercial Management Council of REBNY. He represents BOMA and the Real Estate Board of New York on the New York City Electrical Code Revision and Interpretation Committee.

He holds a BSEE degree from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
