RGDC has acquired a 28-acre development site just north of Orlando, Florida. The site borders the city of Lake Mary in Seminole County, at the corner of International Parkway and Wilson Road. It is suitable for a mixed-used development of up to 300,000 square feet of office space plus hotel and restaurant facilities.
The fast growth of the greater Orlando area has pushed north along the I-4 corridor to Lake Mary and Seminole County. The influx of many national companies, such as Chase and Mitsubishi Power Systems, and the relocation of the AAA national headquarters have solidified Lake Mary as a business destination.
Lake Mary is adjacent to wealthy residential areas to the east and has one of the most affluent demographic profiles in greater Orlando.
