For extensive details and images, please visit this dedicated website: Project Overview The commercial component of the master plan encompasses 830,000 square feet of Class-A corporate office space in four to six buildings ranging from 100,000 to 170,000 square feet and a 250-room hotel with a 75,000-square-foot health club. This 100-acre portion of the development will be at the front door of the project. The campus entrance is at an existing traffic light on Park Avenue. The superb office environment is the design of Kohn Pedersen Fox, the world renowned master planning and architectural design firm. The 400-person firm has won numerous design awards around the world. KPF's initiatives on LEED certification (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) and sustainable design principles place The Green at Florham Park at the forefront of 21st-century methods for environmentally and socially responsible office-building development. The Green at Florham Park incorporates two more exciting components in its master plan. The first is a 27-acre site for the New York Jets Football Team’s Headquarters and Atlantic Health Jets Training Center. The 120,000-square-foot training, teaching, and medical facility encompasses corporate offices, training rooms, locker rooms, media facilities, and full-size indoor practice field. Four more practice fields are outside. The other master-plan component is a 425-unit active adult residential community, to be developed by The K. Hovnanian Companies on 100 acres at the eastern portion of the site. This community will be K. Hovnanian’s flagship development and a showcase of first-class design amenities. Construction on the first office building and hotel begins in 2009. Upon completion, anticipated in 2013, The Green at Florham Park will be the highest quality, master planned, multi-use environment created in the northern New Jersey market place. The Green at Florham Park is a 268-acre master planned development located on the site of the former ExxonMobil Research Center on Park Avenue in Florham Park, NJ. The site is owned by a joint venture partnership of The Gale Company and the Rockefeller Group Development Corporation.
