Morgan Stanley Leases Additional Space at 1221 Avenue of the Americas, The McGraw-Hill Building
NEW YORK, November 6, 2006 Rockefeller Group Development Corporation (RGDC), a subsidiary of The Rockefeller Group, announced today that Morgan Stanley, the largest investment bank in the United States, has agreed to lease more than 130,000 square feet of additional space at 1221 Avenue of the Americas, The McGraw-Hill Building. The company has also renewed its lease on more than 178,000 square feet in the building. After the finalization of the deal, Morgan Stanley will lease more than 618,000 square feet of the total 2.7 million square feet available in the building, making the company the building's largest tenant.

The McGraw-Hill Building's tenant roster includes the offices of The Rockefeller Group, as well as The McGraw-Hill Companies, Inc.; International Council of Shopping Centers; Société Générale; Columbia House; XL Capital Assurance; Sonnenschein, Nath & Rosenthal; and Sirius Satellite Radio Inc.
