Completes Chandler Corporate Center

Opening Attended by More Than 65 Brokers

	The completed 70,600 square-foot Class-A office building at Chandler Corporate Center.

PHOENIX, AZ, June 1, 2009 – Rockefeller Group Development Corporation (RGDC) has completed a 70,600 square-foot Class-A office building at Chandler Corporate Center, a master-planned business park at the northwest corner of McClintock Drive and Chandler Boulevard in Chandler, Arizona.

“We are very excited to be opening the doors to Chandler Corporate Center and expect to have tenants very soon,” said Mark Singerman, regional director at RGDC’s new Phoenix office.  “We welcomed 65 of the top brokers from the Phoenix area here last week and the response was unanimously positive. While the building as a whole received high marks, the Class-A lobby and the model office suite we furnished drew particularly good feedback.”

Along with the 70,600 square-foot office building, RGDC has approximately 16 acres available for build-to-suit construction or as parcels for sale to users. The 16 acres can accommodate up to 177,400 square feet of office or light industrial space.

 “The completion of Chandler Corporate Center represents a big step forward for the city of Chandler as we continue to grow despite this economic climate and the recent freeze on lending,” said Christine Mackay, economic development director for the City of Chandler. “The Rockefeller Group is a quality name and we are confident that they will find an appropriate tenant for this wonderful building.”

The office building is anticipated to receive a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Silver rating.
“The brokers I spoke to were very impressed with the quality of our finishes, our ready-to-lease 1,900 square-foot model office suite, and our flexibility to accommodate tenants from 1,800 up to 35,000 square feet of contiguous space with 6.6 parking spaces per 1,000 square feet,” said Singerman.
