Rebecca Williams is Manager of Trade & Customs for Rockefeller Group Foreign Trade Zone Services, a company dedicated to assisting global companies with foreign trade zone feasibility, approval, activation and operational support services.

Ms. Williams is well positioned to assist clients with a variety of international trade issues, and she specializes in the implementation of sound cost-savings and compliance strategies for importers and exporters.
Ms. Williams has hands-on experience assisting companies with their participation in the U.S. Foreign-Trade Zones Program. Her experience includes preparing and filing general-purpose and special-purpose foreign trade zone applications; preparing and analyzing foreign trade zone feasibility studies; developing procedure manuals and assisting companies with activation-related matters; providing clients with operational support; and providing general FTZ advisory services. Ms. Williams has worked with numerous international companies on the implementation of FTZ status, from federal designation through activation, and she has direct experience conducting FTZ compliance reviews.
Ms. Williams also assists clients with a variety of general international trade issues related to classification, valuation, compliance assessments, C-TPAT requirements, prior disclosures, and other regulatory matters. She advises clients on a range of import/export requirements and best practices while providing focused implementation assistance.
Prior to joining Rockefeller Group Foreign Trade Zone Services, Ms. Williams was a Manager at TradeStar Advisory Services and an Associate at KPMG's Trade & Customs Practice, where she provided companies with an array of international trade services. Ms. Williams earned a Master's Degree in Business Administration and is a licensed Customs Broker. She is a member of the National Association of Foreign-Trade Zones where she is co-chairman of the FTZ Operator/User Committee.
