Blaise Cresciullo

Blaise Cresciullo is Vice President of Asset Services for Rockefeller Group Development Corporation. In this position, Mr. Cresciullo oversees the management and operations of company-owned and third-party properties, including capital enhancement projects.

Before assuming his current role in 2011, Mr. Cresciullo served the company five years as Director of Operations.  In this capacity he was responsible for the operations of 10 million square feet of commercial space including 1221, 1251 and 1271 Avenue of the Americas and all properties RGDC manages for third parties.

Mr. Cresciullo joined the company in 1986 and held positions of increasing responsibility within Engineering and Property Management.  In 1993 he was named Manager of Engineering Services, with responsibility for maintaining the efficient operation of the refrigeration plant and managing the engineering staff and building operations. While in this position, Mr. Cresciullo was instrumental in coordinating and managing the installation of the advanced tri-fuel energy refrigeration plant, a project with an estimated value of $15 million.  The project was completed on time and within budget, with no service interruption to tenants.

In 2001 Mr. Cresciullo was promoted to Property Manager of the Time & Life Building, where he managed two million square feet of Class A commercial office space. His accomplishments include the lobby and plaza renovation projects and collaboration with Time Inc. on a one-million-square-foot floor refurbishment project.
Mr. Cresciullo is a member of the Realty Advisory Board, the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), and the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).
