Robert C. Jackson is Chief Investment Officer for Rockefeller Group Development Corporation. In this capacity, Mr. Jackson is responsible for securing financing and preparing feasibility analysis, real estate valuations, and financial budgets for all of RGDC's projects.
Mr. Jackson has participated in some of The Rockefeller Group’s most significant sales, including 1251 Avenue of the Americas; the Lucent and Delta buildings in Miramar, Florida; and, in New Jersey, the AT&T Buildings and Building 105 at Rockefeller Group Corporate Park in Florham Park, the Pearson Building and the neighboring Crate and Barrel Buildings at Rockefeller Group Foreign Trade Zone/8A, and the west section of the International Trade Center in Mount Olive.
Mr. Jackson was also part of the team that arranged The Rockefeller Group’s acquisition of Time Inc.’s 45% interest in 1271 Avenue of the Americas. His broad real estate background has included working to secure the co-development transaction with Morgan Stanley for 745 Seventh Avenue in Manhattan as well as the construction loan and permanent loan financing for Embarcadero Center and Embarcadero Center West in San Francisco.
Mr. Jackson joined The Rockefeller Group in 1974, serving in the company’s Finance Department as auditor and then as financial analyst until his transfer to RGDC in 1981. In 1983, he was appointed Assistant Vice President of RGDC and Vice President in 1988. He was appointed Chief Investment Officer in 2005.
Mr. Jackson holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Montana and an MBA in Finance Administration from Pace University School of Business.
