Gregory L. Korth

Greg Korth is Regional Director for Rockefeller Group Development Corporation (RGDC) responsible for land acquisition, entitlement, development, asset management and dispositions for RGDC’s Irvine California Regional Office, reporting directly to RGDC’s Senior Vice President Development.

Mr. Korth entered the industry in 1987. His experience includes valuation and construction lendin ; land acquisition and development; and acquisition, asset management, and disposition of institutional-grade investment properties.

Mr. Korth joined RGDC in 2006 following a ten-year tenure with Boston- based pension fund advisor TA Associates Realty. During his final year with TA, he and his partner acquired over $400M of assets, with five-year rolling average acquisitions exceeding $215M annually.

Prior to TA, Mr. Korth was founding principal of Korth Consulting, an independent firm providing out sourced expertise for major regional and national, public and private, debt and equity investors seeking advice on commercial real estate analysis, finance, management, and disposition.

Mr. Korth established himself in the industry working as a Commercial Real Property Analyst for CBRE, and as a Senior Commercial Appraiser and Construction Loan Analyst for Sanwa Bank California.

Mr. Korth earned a Bachelor Degree from UCLA and an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
