Glenn Muleucis is Vice President of Design and Construction for Rockefeller Group Development Corporation. In this capacity, he manages predevelopment, design, and construction activities for projects throughout the country, with specific responsibility to oversee all industrial and distribution center developments. He is also responsible for new business development and physical due diligence acquisition activities for industrial projects.
Since joining the company in 1995, Mr. Muleucis has constructed 9.7 million square feet of distribution space. He recently completed a 1.1 million square foot distribution center in Charleston, SC for a large U.S. tire manufacturer and a 1.5 million-square-foot distribution center in Social Circle, GA, for General Mills. Other projects completed include two buildings in Cranbury, NJ: a 1.0 million-square-foot distribution center for Crate & Barrel and a 900,000-square-foot distribution center for Pearson Education.
Mr. Muleucis has also managed projects for a variety of hospitality and commercial office clients. These include construction of the 141-room Wyndham Garden Hotel at the International Trade Center, Mount Olive, NJ; the AT&T Shannon Laboratory Facility at Rockefeller Group Corporate Park, Florham Park, NJ; Lucent’s Caribbean and Latin American Headquarters in Miramar, Florida; and a 440,000-square-foot office/flex building complex in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
Before joining RGDC, Mr. Muleucis owned and managed GM & Son Construction for 22 years, a New Jersey-based general contractor of residential and commercial properties. Mr. Muleucis is a licensed contractor in New Jersey and is a member of the New Jersey Builders Association.
