Timothy Watts is a Construction / Property Manager for Rockefeller Group Development Corporation. Mr. Watts oversees and coordinates onsite construction and property management activities in the New Jersey Region. He also supervises due diligence activities for the acquisition, development, repositioning and sale of properties.
Since joining Rockefeller Group Development Corporation in 2000, Mr. Watts has been a key contributor in the construction and management of 4,000,000 square feet of commercial office space and industrial warehouse space in the New Jersey Region.
Mr. Watt’s current project is construction of the site infrastructure and offsite improvements for the 268-acre Green at Florham Park, valued in excess of $10 million. Mr. Watts is also responsible for commissioning the 325,000-square-foot $100 million North American Headquarters for BASF Corporation at The Green at Florham Park. This project will be the first LEED Platinum office building in New Jersey. It includes an innovative underfloor airtower distribution system, the first of its kind in New Jersey.
Before joining Rockefeller Group Development Corporation, Mr. Watts was a property manager for Cushman & Wakefield Inc., responsible for management of over 700,000 square feet of Class A corporate office space owned by Exxon Corporation and leased to AT&T Research Labs.
