– Over 1,300,000 SF Planned Construction

– First Union Pacific Railroad Intersection for Eastbound Freight from the Three Largest West Coast Ports

Rockefeller Group Development Corporation (RGDC), through its regional office in Irvine, CA, has acquired approximately 71 acres of industrial land in Salt Lake City, Utah. The company has received a Foreign Trade Zone Designation for the property and has plans to build 7 industrial buildings totaling over 1,300,000 SF. This development plan is flexible and can be modified to accommodate Build-to-Suit opportunities.

RGDC looks to construct 7 buildings and has completed plans for an initial 358,300-SF cross-dock facility. Building plans for the park include varying sizes of distribution and manufacturing facilities with the flexibility to include Build-to-Suit structures.

The location between I-80 and SR201, just west of Bangerter Highway, is ideal for companies shipping product east. It is across the street from Union Pacific Railroad’s Salt Lake City Intermodal, the Union Pacific railroad's first intersection for eastbound freight from the three largest West Coast ports of LA/Long Beach, Seattle/Tacoma, and Oakland.
